Clinics and Lessons

We understand that plans can change. Because our clinics are hosted in various cities around the country and spots are limited, we have the following cancellation and refund policy in place to ensure fairness to all participants.

• More than 14 days before the clinic: Full refund minus a $10 processing fee.
   
• 7 to 14 days before the clinic: 50% refund.
   
• Less than 7 days before the clinic: No refunds will be issued unless your spot can be filled from the waitlist.
   
• No-shows: No refunds.
   

You are welcome to transfer your spot to another player if you can no longer attend. Please email us at marihumberg.pb@gmail.com with the new player’s name and contact information at least 24 hours in advance.

In the rare event that a clinic is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue issues, or travel disruptions), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future clinic.
